Joan White Howell Environmental Education Center: Apply for a Travel Grant

We realize that many schools have limited field trip budgets. We have small grant fund that may enable you to bring your class on a Clay Hill Memorial Forest fieldtrip. To apply for a Fieldtrip Travel Grant, download the travel grant form and return it to us by email at staff@clayhillforest.org.  All requests for travel grants need to be sent to us at least two weeks prior to the anticipated field trip. Generally we do not limit grant amounts but our fund is small so we may not be able to cover the complete expense of any fieldtrip. Grants are administered by a committee. We hope that you will assist us by making an effort to secure local funds as match money.
